How are my cupcakes shipped?

Baby Cakes and Mommy Cakes are shipped "naked."  The icing is included in a separate bag that can be used to pipe the icing on the cupcakes.  This allows you to add your own creative flare to the cupcakes.  Cupcakes that will be locally delivered/picked-up will be available fully iced and ready to eat.

We use UPS ground shipping.  If ordering in the state of GA, orders usually arrive 1 day after shipping. Orders shipped to surrounding states usually arrive 2 days after shipping.  When placing an order, please allow enough time for your cupcakes to be baked fresh and packed appropriately for shipping.  This usually takes 3 days.  We only ship Monday-Wednesdays.  Most orders are shipped on Mondays unless you prefer for them to arrive closer to the weekend.  Please email us if you have any special shipping requests.

Ana's Edibles is not responsible for any delays in shipping due to weather or courier delays.  Our shipping times are estimates, and we cannot guarantee the time for deliveries or the condition of the package once it leaves the Augusta, GA area.

How can i get my cupcakes?

We offer free pick-up in Evans from my location. We can also deliver in the Augusta area for $18. 

What is the best way to enjoy a Mommy Jar of Love?

With a spoon of course!  Other than that, it will be best to slide the lid off to make sure the icing stays on the cupcake.  Mommy Jars of Love are shelf stable for up to 7 days and can be frozen upon receiving for up to 10 weeks.  When you are ready to enjoy it, just thaw it on the countertop for a few hours. 

My child has nut or food allergies, are your items safe for him/her?

Non-nut products are made with the same equipment as our nut products.  Ana's Edibles' products are not for consumers who are allergic or highly sensitive or intolerant to even traces of nuts.  We completely clean and sanitize the equipment with each changeover, but anyone with a life-threatening allergy to nuts should know our facility is not a nut-free facility.

All products may come in contact with nuts, dairy, wheat, eggs, and/or soy.  If you have any food allergy concerns, please contact us prior to placing an order.

Do you have any cupcakes that are dairy-free?

Sorry, not at this time.

Do you use any preservatives in your products?

No.  Every order is made from scratch.

Do you make cakes?

Currently not at this time.

Can I get custom designs for my cupcakes or jars?

Absolutely. Just contact us with the details of the event. Special labeling and coordinating ribbon can be used.  We specialize in special occasion orders, especially showers or weddings!

Should I refrigerate my cupcakes?

They are best when consumed fresh.  If you need to store them, please do so in an air tight container. They can be refigerated or frozen.

I want to ship my order as a gift but the address is different than my PayPal address, can I still order?

Absolutely!  We love sending our sweets as gifts; in fact, Mommy Jars of Love make the perfect gift for that special someone!  Make sure you put your recipient's address in the “ship to” section at check out (paypal addresses are not used please make sure you fill in the correct "ship to" address here on our site).

Do you ship to APO/FPO addresses?

Of course.  My hubby was deployed for a year, and I sent him baked goods weekly and I have this method down pat!   Just use the regular check out with the US continental shipping rate.  I would highly recommend Mommy Jars of Love to be sent because they have a longer shelf life and are fully iced.  For example, once shipped, orders usually arrive to Iraq in 7-10 days.  However, it may take as long as 3 weeks depending on their location.  Please make sure you put the correct APO/FPO address in the PayPal check out "ship to" section.  If you have any questions, please contact me prior to placing your order.
